Once I payed $130 for my new retainers, I was told download the 'shop' app to track my order, and till this day the apps is showing the shipment is being processed. On a random day I asked for an update since nothing has changed, and all of a sudden I was given a new tracking number, that claims the package has already been delivered. I never received anything, and the original tracking information shows that. So after I complained about it taking so long, they made up new tacking information claiming that its been delivered. Who sends tracking information after it's allegedly been delivered, and never give the customer the tracking info? Very shady business, they simply STOLE $130 from me.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My Aligner’s did not fit 1/2 through treatment TWICE! I was made to feel as though it was my fault and financially punished because I did not save all of the old aligners! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! A complete waste of money.

I ordered on December 30, 2024. It is now March 12 and I still do not have a liners. I still don’t even have a treatment plan that matches my teeth. The smile projection that they provided doesn’t change at all from beginning of treatment to the end and it doesn’t matter where my teeth are crooked/out of line. I’ve been emailing support since February 17 when they first gave me a smile projection and there is no update, they just keep saying they’re waiting for another resolution from the appropriate team. Buyer beware. Feels like a quick way to scam people out of $1000 and Aligner co is doing it successfully :(

I’ve been trying to get my aligners since November. Keep getting the run around and being told I have to pay for a 3rd molding kit. My teeth would be straight by now if I got my order when I was suppose to. Don’t waste your time the savings aren’t worth the hassle Update: just got my aligners may 7th after ordering them in November and all I can say is trash trash trash. The last aligner pack in the set looks more crooked than the first one. I’m sending box back and letting them keep the $400 they got from me so far. I’m sure they need it more than I do cause class action situations will probably be in their near future

Negative stars. Beware. They rejected my first mold because I didn't submit the bottom teeth. At this point I told them I didn't want their aligners anymore. They would not take no for an answer. Finally I agreed to send in a new set. Soon after, I decided I didn't want to continue. Again, they wouldn't take no for answer. Over and over I asked them to cancel my account. Finally they told me, per their agreement, that after a certain amount of weeks I was required to continue. No aligners have been made. But, I chose their financing and had already made two installments. They don't want to refund $200. That's not a good sign. I have a pending dispute with the financier. If for some reason they don't side with me, I'll have to file a complaint with the state attorney general. Aligner has been nothing but a HUGE hassle. EDIT: Their response below reflects previous months of correspondence. I DO NOT want your aligners. They will not accept this.

ADD AT LEAST A MONTH TO THE OVERALL TIMELINE. Update: Instead of sending me a full replacement kit of materials, they sent only enough for the 4 impressions. If we have already had this many issues and delays because of your ineptitude as a company, you really thought it was smart to bank on us absolutely nailing every single impression the first try? You include extra material in the initial kti you send so why not do the same here? Now, I am three months into this process and am still waiting on material to do my impressions. To top it all off, AlignerCo has not offered to do anything to remedy the situation other than take forever to send me new material. Do yourself a favor and spend a little bit more with someone else to actually be treated like a valued customer. Overall it was easy to place the order and the pricing was great compared to competitors. Everything since then has been terrible. My order took 2 weeks to arrive, another 2 weeks for me to be able to schedule a video session. Then to top it off, the package got lost being shipped back using their return label. Instead of owning it, they waited a month to contact me and told me I needed to reach out to fedex myself. After wasting my time to do that, fedex told me that since it was Alignerco's account and their label, FedEx could not help me (I love wild goose chases. Thank you AlignerCo :) ). To top it all off, they told me they were incredibly sorry for the inconvenience so they would expedite a new impression kit to me asap. To my surprise, I call back a week later after receiving zero updates and that "expedited order" was never sent to shipping so I have to go through the same process again and hope they do it right because they won't proactively let me know. The only "remedy" they have offered is to send me what I have already paid for and to just restart the process of a video session etc. I understand things can happen and thats not what I'm upset about. I'm upset at the time i've wasted when you could have communicated ASAP that the package was stuck instead of giving me the run around for a month to just end up restarting the whole thing anyways. Mistakes happen. Its how you handle them that defines you.
