They wont send me my liners. I purchased the liners and received my first order and everything was fine. On the second order they sent it to an old address, so when I asked for them to be resent they literally tried to charge me $200. And when I refused they told me then I have to go leave a positive review in order to get them. I had to tell them that is extortion and that I will not do it. After days of arguing they finally sent me the batch I was owed. Now since I dont have my last liner, they are ignoring my emails for my next batch. This company lies and steals from you. It's been 4 days of me having to follow up and they still ignore my emails. Oh and majority of the positive reviews are bots, they're lying. Avoid this company at all costs, you wont even get what you paid for.

Be absolutely sure you are ready to do this process!! I received the impression kit, sent in the photos and none of my impressions were good enough. I realized I was going to be spending a lot of money and decided to go in person to get my teeth fixed, especially if none of my impressions were working. I then decided to cancel, went back & forth with the team for TWO weeks of convincing, & doing everything except cancelling my request. I was then told if I cancelled I had to pay the impression fee & a set up fee that totaled in $149. Absolutely ridiculous! So beware & be absolutely sure you want to go through with this process before you deal with weeks of back and forth / paying for NOTHING!!!!!

They CANNOT be trusted. I tried a second time to deal with them and they are still trying to get over on people. All I wanted was two new sets of liners for my daughter! They wanted me to purchase more steps to get to a final aligner 😡. It's always about more and more money 💰. After arguing for almost 3 week they said I could get a refund, but they still haven't given it to me. I will be calling PayPal tomorrow.

Don't do it. I am astonished that there are ANY good reviews with this place after a very frustrating and disappointing 2 years using their aligners. Do yourself a favour and go to a real optometrist who can take proper scans of your teeth. This company will just waste your money and time and you will have to go to a real dentist in the end.

This was quite a long process that ended with still not having straight teeth. It took months to get a working mold of my teeth even though I did it through zoom with them and they approved it each time. They then make you pay for more supplies each time even though the molds were approved by them each time. My bottom mold never ended up working and I just had to go with my top teeth. Then I had two retainers that were morphed and when I would put them in they would go in on the front but be completely off the back of my teeth and then i would push it in the back of my teeth and it would pop completely off the front of my teeth. I had not even taken the retainers out of the box they were shipped in so there was no reason for them to be morphed. I brought this up and they offered no helpful solutions to my issue. I skipped the retainer because there was nothing else to do and now it won’t fit properly and I can’t move on to the next one. I have emailed countless times and they do nothing. Please yall do not waste your money.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Yes it's cheaper but you get horrible customer service. My wife surprised me with aligners for Christmas present. She did her researched with multiple aligner company and went with this one due to the cheap price point. She chatted with someone online and we even have the transcript of it where the customer service agent was answering her questions. One question she asked was if we were unhappy with the projections , can we cancel in which the agent said yes! we also asked if there was a time limit on when we can cancel and she said no. Great so we went ahead and purchased the aligners thinking we can canel if it doesn't work out. We had a video appointment for proper fitting of the kit. That customer service agent was selling u s on night retainers which we also asked if the projections did not work out for me, can I can cel for a refund and he also said yes so we went ahead and added the night aligners. The projections came back and they could not bring my canine down like i wanted. I asked for a refund on just my aligners as my wife is keeping hers because she only have minor issues. The rep said that he could not give me a refund even with the proof of the transcript and when I found out that the aligners will not work for me. On their refund policy it states," If our team of experts determines you are not a suitable candidate: Our specialized team examines your impressions and reviews your pictures and approves your case only if they are satisfied and are assured of the desired results. We will refund your entire amount if you are not a good candidate for Invisible Aligners treatment." Clearly this company is quick to take your money but really do 't want to refund you even when you're not a good fit for the aligners. Money hungry companies won't last long so I want to warn future consumers to be cautions with companies like this. You may save money if you go through with it but you may not get the results you want.

Worst customer service ever. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times about canceling and no response from customer service. If I get charged after trying to cancel after the first 24 hours, which is in their refund policy, I will be pursuing legal action. Respond to your customers and help them out. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SCAM SCAM

I really wanted to like this company, but the only draw is the price. I've sent 3 different questions about the process. All replies take 2+ business days, and all replies are scripted and involve "Send us pictures of all different angles of you aligners, in your mouth, out of your mouth, etc." I've grown tired of the process and my issues have either resolved themselves, or I've done my own research for the answers. My last question was in regards to a *minor* gap forming between my teeth. I asked if it was normal. They of course want pictures, all kinds of pictures. There's no easy quick reply. Quick google suggests that there is no problem with this, which matches my own sentiment. The customer service "Ele" refuses to stop sending me multi-weekly check-in emails asking me to reply, even after i have replied THREE TIMES TO STOP EMAILING ME and asked them to close the ticket. I want to be respected as a customer. Neither my time, nor my email box is respected, and they certainly cant take the hint on what "Stop emailing me" means, because the canned responses still come.
