Fantastic customer service
Had a terrific interaction with a customer service rep, Ele, she was quick to respond, informative, kind, and patient, I’ve really never had a CS rep that was so helpful. I was weary to try with another aligner company after my rough experiences with smile direct and Byte where I would literally be on hold for hours, if they even picked up at all, but with Ele, she responded instantly, reassured me about my concerns about similar companies going belly up, and she even secured me a discount. Whatever this company is paying her, it’s not enough. Because I will be referring Alignerco to friends solely because of Ele.
