The communication made the experience the best. The confirmation of delivery and making sure all is well was nice even a little more than say necessary but I think that is good. Everything is timely I will say I needed patience on my part but you cannot hurry fabrication it will take up to a month to get them but it's worth the wait. Other places need that time too. My friend is doing envisilign at the same time my results are as good as hers even better though because mine were more affordable! Give them a try I love how my teeth are turning out and I'm giving this review before completion I am confident in the results!
