Loving it so far.
I’m on step 8 out of 15 right now. The start up process was super easy and I’ve had zero issues since I’ve started my treatment. I was super surprised to see how good of quality the aligners are considering the price. This is a great option for people wanting to straighten their teeth on a budget. Customer service was super helpful with getting me started.

Shipped Out The Impressions
I had braces in high school but I wasn't the best at wearing my retainer so eventually, my teeth shifted. It's definitely an insecurity of mine that I'd like to get fixed asap.
Honestly, I decided to give Aligner Co a try since Smile Direct closed down and Byte is currently not accepting any new patients because apparently, they're being investigated. Those were my top 2 because they were the most well known but I was still nervous because of bad reviews or the fear of never being able to reach customer service - although my roommate had a good experience with them before they shut down. I started researching other at-home aligner companies on TikTok and YouTube and I found AlignerCo. It made me comfortable to see that they're active on their social media pages and other patients are posting reviews about them too.
So far my experience with the company has been a good one. I made the down payment and ordered the impression kit (Jan 6th), I didn't receive tracking info for a few days so, naturally, I started to get worried that I got scammed lol BUT I called the office on a Saturday and to my surprise, they picked up the phone and I was talking to a real person, not a robot. She told me that my kit had already been shipped out, sent me an email with the tracking info and my kit arrived a few days later (Jan 15th), needless to say I was excited and relieved haha. The instructions in the email before I received the kit said to call the office to set up a video call to go over the impressions which I was a little confused by, but I called nonetheless. I was given an appointment basically 2 weeks out which I was very frustrated with because that would delay the process of me starting my treatment and I wasn't fully sure why I needed to be on a video call anyways since previous patients did the impressions on their own. I called and they were able to work with me and move up the video appointment way sooner (Jan 18th) which I am grateful for. I got on the Zoom call this morning with Aaron - very nice and helpful, and it turned out that he wanted me to actually make the impressions while I was on video with him, I thought he was just going to reiterate what was in the instruction manual. I think the company is now having video calls because patients in the past have messed up their impressions on their own so the company is trying to avoid as many mess ups as possible, which is totally understandable! The process itself was very simple.
Just shipped these impressions out and should get my smile projection in a couple of weeks - hopefully sooner because I wanna start so bad lol but I'm mentally prepared that I won't get my aligners until the end of February. The customer service has been amazing and fast which makes me feel the most comfortable and more excited to start the journey!

I've had braces in the past
I've had braces in the past, but after not using a retainer for several years, my teeth had shifted a little. While looking a clear aligners I ran into Alignerco and really liked their customer service and pricing. I placed my order and made my first impressions. I received one retainer for fitment and even though in my opinion it fit well enough, their experts sent me material to do new impressions. Jay was great help during our video call making sure that my impressions were correct this time. Looking forward to receive my aligners
