Great Video Session
Jay Smith was incredible to work with. He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. He gave great direction and was honest and upfront about any potential issues with my molds, encouraging me to try again. He answered every question I had and made the experience really enjoyable. I was pretty nervous going into the session, since I’d never done this before and wanted the impressions to come out perfectly. Jay helped me to feel comfortable and this allowed me to do well with everything from beginning to end.
