Below is the response I received from Alignerco in regards to my review left 5/23/25. I could not figure out how to respond to them on my review. My response back to them is also below. I went elsewhere to receive the PROPER & CORRECT treatment for my teeth. Actually, I have finished and my teeth look good. Idk if I can post a before and after, but I'll check. I have lost ALL faith in your company to ever allow you to "treat" me again. I've already been given my money back from you. I did consider bringing a law suit against you for the damage done and to cover the cost of traditional treatment, but I chose to forgive, forget and just move on. There is ALWAYS drama when dealing with companies that are home based outside of the U.S.A. The only reason I posted an update, is because reading raving reviews just ticked me off. But, thinking about it, I'm sure there are people you can and have treated successfully because they are the type who qualify for what limited capabilities you have to offer, as other companies also do. So, again, thank you but NO thank you.

Affordable yes, reliable no, timely nooooooo If you’re on a budget, and NOT in a rush go for it. (I ordered in November, it’s now June, I still don’t have my final set of aligners)….. Otherwise if you have “normal” customer service standards and turn around expectations you may be let down. Probably should have bucked up and done Invisalign

They take forever to reply and then they are not usually helpful. In response to their response. This has gone on and on. You told me you would make me a priority before. It never happened.

After two rounds of this my alligners end up with a gap in front that I did not have before. I had send them the same inquiry but they keep send me the same email asking for more photos over and over. I am very disappointed not to fix them with an orthodontist they want to share over $6000. Additionally my son’s treatment wasn’t successful either.

I ordered a nightguard package for $170 on March 4, 2025. Since I was traveling, I sent my dental impressions on April 15, 2025. On April 30, I received confirmation from a representative named "Alice" that the product was in fabrication and would ship within two weeks. By May 22, still without a shipment, I followed up and explained that I was leaving the country in early June for a long-term assignment. I requested a refund if the product couldn’t arrive before then. Instead of resolving the issue, the case was escalated to “James Myles,” who asked for a new international address despite my request to ship it to the original address before I left. After confirming my departure date, he stopped responding entirely. As of today, I have received no product and no refund. This company has wasted my time and money. I strongly urge others to avoid them. Based on my experience, this is not a legitimate or trustworthy business.

Don't do it !!!!!! They ripped me off stole my money like $1,200 and then another $300 gave me a $200 refund kept stringing me along and straining me along it's been 3 years and I still haven't got my teeth fixed I still don't have even a projection of My tea they justFucked me they just totally Stole my money Got more money from me gave me a little bit back 52 emails later so frustrating oh my God if I could go back in time I would never ever Have done anything with this company DO NOT DO IT!! NOT from this company do not keep looking!! not a reputable company Nobody speaks English They are just ripping off stupid Americans Don't do it!!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! The only positive thing I have to say is that I did eventually get retainers, and the retainers themselves are fine. But that is the bare minimum. The whole process took forever. I was vigilant in every single step adn very responsive with communication. Yet it took 8 weeks to receive my retainers. They are painfully slow on emails. Even if i responded to their email within a few minutes, they would not respond for several days. Speed is not remotely their priority. Customer service is terrible. The Chatbot is super unprofessional, made lots of typos and was not very helpful. It is hard to get through to a real person on the phone. You can have a way better experience probably anywhere else.

I HATED THE DO AT HOME KIT AND THE VIRTUAL HELPER WAS THE WORST. I STILL DON'T HAVE MY ALIGNERS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
