So far so good
So far so good! Going through the beginning of the process I was nervous but was happy with the guidance I received. I do wish the communication was a little easier and shipping a little quicker but still good and effective help! Just approved my Before and After so aligners are in the production process. Fingers crossed!!

Great guidance
Great guidance for the teeth impressions. Procedure was quick and easy. Now the aligners manufacturing is in process. Can't wait!

I recommend :)
The customer service has always been great when starting chats on the aligner track app. Everything is very simple and explained very well. I put 4 stars only because the app can be confusing at times. Other than that my experience has been great and I recommend :)

Customer service over the phone is great
I’ve had some struggles with the app and delay processing but over the phone customer service really helped out with expediting my process and very sorry for my experience. They also said they would work on trying to fix the app.

The process was pretty simple for the impressions but if i did not do the call for assistance it would have been easy to mess up. Would prefer a little more direction after order is placed but overall good experience
