Pretty good so far. Just ordered but the chat went well. They were kind and respectful. At one point the sales person said I needed to purchase in 10 minutes but I reassured them I was interested and will not be rushed. They apologized and I proceed with my time and pace, as I am at work. If the deal is gone then it wasn't meant for me, lol. I did make my purchase and its been a pretty good process. I will update as I go and also document via social media. Excited and looking forward to the process. I previously had braces and after, my teeth shifted during pregnancy. Looking to get it back how it was, maybe even better!! More to come.
