ALIGNERCOReviews of alignerco.com

Part 1 review Sept 2024 Part 2 review June 2025 This is a follow up from the reply Alignerco sent after my second review (June 2025) trying to find a solution to my situation... "After evaluating your case, our experts have advised that the highlighted concern can be effectively addressed through refinement treatment. This is a common procedure in orthodontics used to achieve further tooth movement. Please note that the refinement treatment fee is $200 CAD."

Overall, my results are OK. I wore my aligners for two weeks each day, all day, and retainers each night for two years. My two front bottom teeth are still crooked after almost two years, and one of my front teeth on the top has turned on its side a bit. Customer service will not help me. They only want to sell me another retainer, rather than help me fix my teeth. Here’s an excerpt from an email they sent me: “ To help you achieve the best possible results, we do offer a refinement option at a discounted rate of $180.” What kind of company does work incorrectly, then want to correct work that wasn’t done correctly by charging more money? You get what you pay for. I would not use Alignerco if I could go back and start over. I would’ve chosen a different company for aligners.

I started my Aligner process in January 2025, and still did not even have my first set of aligners as of June 2, 2025. I was trying to straighten my teeth for my wedding next year and well, AlignerCo ruined that dream for me. I finally got my refund after fighting with the company for weeks (& them forcing me to remove my honest review before refunding me- which I am now re-posting). Go to a real ortho, have professionals take impressions and create your trays and treatment plan if you want your teeth well taken care of. It’s worth the extra money to pay for a quality product and results. Would not waste your time or money or sanity with this company.

Alignerco is a very unprofessional low budget company. Once I started reading all the negative reviews I decided to get a refund immediately. They kept giving me the run around and finally after the 11th email or so, they issued a refund minus a 76 dollar fee for absolutely nothing…. I lucked out I guess by cancelling on time, so please read the reviews. A lot of their customers are complaining that the aligners are cheaply made and it messed up their teeth.

Worst experience, I wish i could give them 0 star. Scam company Worst worst customer service I just wasted my money and didn’t even use the kit. I mentioned my issue , their customer desk told me to buy again their plan. SCAM SCAM

First treatment did not fix my one teeth and now want to charge me for a second treatment the aligners push my gums down exposing my teeth more my dentist suggests to cut my teeth I will need a surgery to fix my entire mouth they don't stand behind their product would not recommend this service.

Very slow to respond and ship out- takes over a month to get product even if it’s just retainers made… if your retainers break- they want you to buy a whole new plan to fix “lapsed time”… I have bigger spaces in my teeth now and looks worse than when I started! There’s plenty of other companies.

Awful product, terrible communication, terrible timelines, and inconsistent information from all staff.
