Impression Video Session
I just had my first video session to complete the impression tray process, and it was a great experience. Alan Shaw was incredibly helpful—he made the entire process clear, simple, and stress-free. I really appreciated his guidance and professionalism. It did take a few weeks to get a video session scheduled due to availability, so I recommend booking your appointment as soon as your initial kit arrives to avoid delays. I had braces in the past, but now that I'm in my 30s, my jaw has started to shift slightly, causing some changes in my teeth alignment. I'm really looking forward to receiving my first set of trays and seeing my perfect smile return!

Ultimate Care even though it's Virtual
I chose AlignerCo after researching several other company options. With their simple, straightforward process, and at home-DIY model you also save substantially on the typical cost for aligners. However, despite everything being virtual you sure do get very personal care with AlignerCo. I had my introductory zoom session with Alan Shaw, the "Smile Specialist". He could not have been any kinder or patient with me throughout the one hour session. Since emy intitial package arrived I had not touched it or reviewed anything that they had sent me. However, Alan took me through the Impression kit, made sure I was doing all the steps correctly, and gave me good guidance along the way. He addressed every one of my questions about the process and treatment plan. Thanks Alan, kudos to AlignerCo for hiring good people.

Video session a must!
So far my experience with alignerco has been going OK. I nearly regretted the commitment when I received my impression kit and realized how involved it is to take impressions. It is a daunting task for sure! But I scheduled my video session and Stacy Johnson patiently walked me through each step with very clear instructions. She stayed with me on video throughout the entire process and so I was able to complete the impressions without incident. Now I'm awaiting my smile projection.
