Ele is a great customer service representative. I didn't do my impressions correctly so I've scheduled a video session to ensure my impressions are done correctly so I can ensure my nightguard will fit nicely. Really excited to have a service like this that offers a dentist quality nightguard for a fraction of the price.

So far my experience has been wonderful! I received my impression kit and Ray did a video chat to make sure that my impressions were good enough to be sent back. He was very kind, and he did explain everything very clearly. Can’t wait to get my aligners and start making my smile so much better! Also the price is wonderful, the impressions are also very easy to make. And you get a free whitening kit! So so happy that I chose to go with AlignerCo!
