I would do 0 stars if it was an option. I paid once for a full treatment and they gave me 3/4 of the correction. Then said I had to pay for the refinement to finish the treatment. So I paid the extra plus I got a few extra retainers. The second treatment started Feb 8 2025. I did the new molds shortly after and mailed them back. They couldn't find the returned molds. Said I mailed to the wrong department. I still don't have pictures of the refinement or anything. I get emails from 2 different departments. One says I need to redo my molds the other says to wait for the refinement pictures. This is a scam company. Save yourself the money and time and go to anyone else. I'm applying for a refund. Or send me the darn product.

I would give it a zero if possible. They wasted a lot of my time and money. One year later and 3 wrong impressions later, no results as promised by the advertisement. Please do not choose to be a part of this scam.

Do NOT use this company. I began this process 4 months ago. Had my impressions approved and it took over a month for them to ship package. Then USPS accidentally returned package to sender...they admitted they received it and it has now been 3 weeks since, and they have lost aligners. They have told me nothing but lies. Everyday, I have called. Again lies. I have now asked for full refund and no response from " Resolution team". This company steals and follows up with LIES. DO NOT USE this company. you will be ripped off.

I would give a zero if possible! They gave me the runaround for over 2 weeks while I tried to get a refund! Customer service is terrible! You cannot reach them by phone! When I finally received my refund, they kept 35$ for no reason! Run from this company!!

This is A SCAM I NEVER RECEIVED TREATMENT! Paid my money and they kept saying we're waiting on the impressions. Then a few days later, they tell me I have to go to where I dropped the impressions off and ask them what they did with them. Then they say will send you out other impression kit then a few days later they contact me again. What size did you need again? Then the next day they contact me again what was your address again? They didn't have any problem getting my address when they took my credit card because they had to have it in order to put my charge through. They promised me $100 refund if I went ahead and went through with the treatment, they would send out the impressions and give me $100 refund. I never received $100 refund or the impression kit. Now they want to give me a $200 refund and send me the impressions right now. This company is the biggest hoax ever. Don't give them any of your money. THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF! If they succeed call your bank and file a dispute!

The customer service is terrible, and their services are extremely slow and poor. It’s been a whole year, and I’m still waiting for my product to arrive. They even refused to refund my money. I do not recommend them at all. This is a company that does not value its customers — just marketing with no real service.

* AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THEIR RESPONSE, they are keeping my money and I don’t even have the aligners? What company keeps almost $800 for a service not rendered? I am filing this complaint to ALIGNERCO because I am being refused a refund before treatment even started. I paid ALIGNERCO $795 on April 22nd, 2025. I did the impression kit and got my first tray on June 20th for a fit check. I was told that it was ill fitting and that I would need to go through the entire process again. On top of that, I had to start immunosuppressants for an illness. I let them know that I was no longer a candidate for aligners due to immunosuppressive medications (fungal/bacterial infection risk) and that wouldn’t be able to start my aligner journey and requested a refund. I was told that I had two options: 1. They would keep my money and I would do aligners at a later date. 2. I could transfer that credit to someone else so they could get aligners. I told them that I wanted my money back as I haven’t started treatment and did not receive a useable product so I would just like my money back. I have had to submit a claim to the BBB and Consumer Affairs due to this shady business.

Forget about customer service, this company would not help me. I waited 4/5 months to get my first night retainer. I stopped wearing my night retainers sand couldn’t get it back on. I asked to buy the size down because I threw it out and they said I had to pay for a whole new program. So disappointing.
