Ele was really patient as I went through the decision process and sent many reminders to help me get started. He answered a lot of questions! Then Jennifer also was so great with the video appointment. In addition, when I had an issue, I spoke with Aaron who also resolved my conflict quickly and in a very acceptable manner.
