Very helpful and kind

I’ve honestly had a bit of a challenge ever since starting my journey with AlingerCo. Speaking with multiple different reps with constant miscommunication, but today I spoke with an AMAZING rep named Elaine Kelley! She is by far the BEST representative I’ve spoken to since I started my Aligner journey. She was not only polite, professional, & clear with communication, but she went above and beyond to help resolve my issues! She deserves recognition & praise for her amazing customer service!

Kevin was very helpful and made the process so much easier for me.

I left my retainers at a restaurant today and the waitress threw them away. I chatted with Ele on the Alignerco app and she not only offered me a special, but I was able to order new retainers within 5 minutes WITHOUT having to go through the hassle of waiting for an impression kit and that whole process that sometimes takes WEEKS. She was very efficient, very professional, and very knowledgeable. I’m a life-long customer!
