Had an issue with my aligners. James contacted me and after much back-and-forth via email. He finally agreed that they would remake my liners. So far my experience with Alignerco has been terrible. They made the first set of aligners wrong and they did not move my teeth according to their “smile projection” . I had to go back-and-forth with their customer service. Sending multiple pictures finally getting approval for a new liners. It’s been over a month and they stopped communicating with me. I will be sending this to the dispute department for my credit card for a full refund and fraudulent charges. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Con artists at best

Zero stars if I could. After months of waiting their suggestion was to put gaps in my teeth. I previously had braces as a teenager without gaps. Due to not wearing my retainer my teeth moved and their only solution was to put gaps between my teeth. Look closely at their proposal. Thankfully I was refunded the majority of my money.

Almost impossible to schedule a video chat to make impressions. None of impression cups would fit my mouth. Decided to cancel, and it took forever for them to get me to an agent to refund my money. They did offer a huge discount to continue but I was to fed up with their service.

It's a really horrible company. The retainers don't align properly, and they wanted to charge extra money to send multiple materials even though they were the ones who messed up the fit. The last retainer was off by a lot and they blamed it on us. They had us pay and extra $200 to redo the retainer, $100 for extra materials and another $100 for getting a digital scan. They eventually resent the retainer after over a month, and it still didn't fit at all. The customer service is really awful. They are all foreigners with fake English names.

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service from this company. I’ve been communicating with them via email for weeks about the shipping of my second set of aligners. I made it very clear that my last set of aligners had broken, yet every time they respond, they continue to tell me to “wear my last set” until the new ones arrive. I’ve repeated multiple times that the last set is broken, but the issue has not been addressed. Because of this, I’ve now been without aligners for over three weeks, which creates a serious risk of a lapse in my treatment. The lack of urgency and failure to properly address my concerns is extremely frustrating. Customers who are relying on aligners for consistent treatment deserve better communication and accountability.

My HSA which is Optum will not reimburse me for these $1000 aligners until Alignerco provides an itemized receipt with the name of the assigned Doctor on the receipt. Alignerco has not been able to provide it (I have been going back and forth with them for two weeks). It is a nightmare working with their support team which from the background noise sounds like a sweatshop in India. Beware if you are trying to get reimbursed from your HSA.

Terrible. Took 8 weeks to get my retainers. And then they didn’t fit. Phone support is completely useless.
