Jennifer was helpful and patient. Need you need more employees like her.

I made a purchase 2 years ago and hadn’t redeemed the product so I was worried that it would have expired. I signed into the chat and everything was taken care of within minutes. I did reorder a new impression kit and upgraded to nighttime wear at a discounted rate.

Jennifer a su très bien m'expliquer comment faire des impressions de qualité. C'est la 3e fois que je fais des impressions et c'est la meilleure explications que j'ai eue. Merci pour votre bon service.

Kevin was very helpful.

Kevin was nice and explained things well!

Stacy was extremely helpful with the impression meeting. With something so new and important I wanted to make sure I done it correctly and she was very patient with me. I also want to point out she made me very comfortable in the meeting as when taking impressions expect some drooling! Thank you Stacey J for being so helpful and kind today.
