Just got my aligners after nearly 3…
Just got my aligners after nearly 3 months. Beside the unbelievably long wait. The aligners have sharp edges on the inside, cutting my tongue. Not happy with the product.

Hi Silvie Pudilova, we apologize that you had to wait longer than usual processing time to receive your aligners as due to COVID-19 situation we had to take extra steps to ensure our customers' security and lockdown further delayed the process but we are back on track now. To keep our customers posted about their aligners, we notified them of the slight delay we were experiencing.
