Terrible experience throughout the process. The communication was bad and very slow, which became exasperating after awhile. The impression kit is not easy to use, and in fact they are so picky about the impressions that you have to do them multiple times. Same with tooth photos... they are never good enough, and they ask for more, and more. After I finished my treatment, the results were not satisfactory, in my opinion, and did not match my "Smile Projection". When I asked for additional corrective trays, they forced me to pay for them! An "Enhancement", rather than standing behind the product in the first place. Hopefully your experience will be better than mine.

Horrible scam of a company. They sell them for cheap but they make their money with the impression kits. They will deny every impression you make, even with their professionals and even though they approve it on video, they will still tell deny it and tell you to buy another impression kit. I bought 4. Asked for a refund, and they sent a "free " kit, I refused it and they still sent it. My refund was suppose to be around 900 but they discounted the "free" kit that I refused and some other bs fees. I should've know it was too good to be true.

Before falling for their "ending soon" discount(which never ends by the way) and making a purchase, check their app "AlignerTracker" to see what they make you sign After payment but Before your treatment. Don't expect a refund if you're not eligible. I thought, well they'd tell me upfront if I wouldn't be eligible for their treatment, right? And if I wasnt, they would have to give me my money back.... right?? ..Wrong.. Pretty much you can't have a single thing wrong with your teeth, no missing teeth, no work done, must have a dentist that you see often, etc. They won't take responsibility for anything basically. I paid, then found all this out and immediately contacted them. They give you a 24 hour refund window but since no one responds or calls back for 48 hours or more, I didn't get any money back for 2 months. Almost didn't get anything back at all. After numerous emails of me responding back to them the same thing over and over and over again for a month they finally agreed to give some of it back. It took a while to even convince them that they needed to give me my money back. They seem to think they can keep it even if you can't use their product. If you fall for their schemes like I did, expect to lose about 100 bucks and a huge headache.. I even changed my bank info..(I waited to write this review after it was changed so they couldn't take more money). You can send back the unused welcome kit only if you use their product, but you can't send it back if you don't use their product and you have to pay extra for it. They say to send it back because they reuse the products and send it to other people.. but they told me I couldn't send the unopened one back that they sent me.. that way they had an excuse to keep a good portion of my money.. Beware of this company. They use all the same tactics that scammers use to get your money. Honestly I don't see this as a legitimate business now that I've seen all the reviews accompanied by my personal experience. I can't believe they are legally allowed to do what they did. But they say if you pay for it and it's a scam it's your fault... I guess I'm just lucky I got some of my money back then. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I cannot recommend your service. The communication with clients is terrible. It takes you 2 to 3 days to reply to a simple email, and even then, you usually avoid answering the actual question — which means waiting another 2 or 3 days for a simple response. You do not deliver the aligners within the agreed timeframe. I have been waiting for 6 weeks for my next set of aligners, and I still haven’t received them (everything is already paid for). The service is very poor.

11-02-2025 UPDATE . only after posting this review is when i was allowed a refund because of the bad review posted that came within the day back to my cash app card . Refund sent october 30 refund in the account november 1 . He gave me the discount on the kit price which isnt stated in the policy to be paid for although when i initially paid 24.99 for kit they wanted to charge me 57 and there is no way to see what was paid for kit becuase it just shows the full order price . Ok fine . I also keep getting phone calls for me to take down this review . Although ive never used trust pilot and wouldnt think to use it for a review i think the review should stay since i asked for a refund on october 11 . I paidnfor aligners on april or may and its not worth it try byte or smile direct first way easier process . Please dont call me alignerco . Unless i am offered any gifts because its not worth it . Ill be making more reviews on other platforms as well now-----------The time frame was 4 to 6 months I could even receive the product in 6 months. I'm always being promoted to buy more when I dont have enough money at the time i would have liked to have seen the option between night or day time when initially making the purchase . I was always offered a price and when I declined they would wipe the entire 100 dollars but when the refund policy doesn't state I would owe my kit to be returned im still charged extra. I've been waiting for a processing refund update since October 7 and I am only seeing it as a hassle more than losing a customer . There was no help . Byte and agile direct were much more efficient and easy . I need my refund .

Terrible, the fit on the top aligners is terrible. Customer service is also terrible. I would never recommend these to anyone. I have never seen so much wasted time and you cannot talk to a supervisor either. I cannot believe this business is still open. They lie to you as well.....they say they are going to call you and I have never received one phone call.

I needed to get more supplies because my original trays weren't good for their scans. I did receive my supplies in a timely manner BUT I opted out of the program because I couldn't seem to get my trays right. When I called I told them I don't want to continue with the process and they literally would not let me stop. I wasn't even asking for a refund, just no additional charges and they refused. I called multiple times and they wouldn't budge. Finally I disputed the charge with my credit card company and that stopped the payments. Do not work with these companies. They are a scam. Just go to Aspen dental and do the in house aligners there.

Never got them, poor customer service unfortunately
