Alignerco work very week
Overall, my experience at Alignerco has been fairly good. My teeth are well aligned, and I am generally satisfied with the final result. The customer service itself is good and the staff is polite and helpful when approached. However, I believe there is a significant lack of proper client follow-up. The follow-up is not strong or consistent enough, and patients are not supported throughout their treatment as thoroughly as they should be. It can be tiring to constantly have to go to customer service to ask questions about your own treatment, especially when this information should be communicated proactively. Improving client follow-up would greatly enhance the overall experience.
