AliExpress ist betrügerisch, sie machen falsche Versprechen, kassieren ab und lassen ihre Kunden im Regen stehen! Vorsicht vor AliExpress!!! Keinerlei Käuferschutz! Ich habe eine Lieferung nicht erhalten, AliExpress aber schon nach Aufgeben der Bestellung durch Klarna bezahlt worden. Ich habe mich an den Kundenservice gewandt, dort wurde ich einfach abgewiesen. Also nahm ich Kontakt zu Klarna auf, um ein Problem zu melden. Darauf reagierte AliExpress. Statt die volle Summe zu erstatten, wurde lediglich ein Fünftel davon erstattet. Ich schreibe fast täglich mit AliExpress und Klarna. AliExpress behauptet allen Ernstes, dass ich bei meiner Bank, also Klarna, diese Rückbuchung rückgängig machen soll🤷🏻‍♀️ Klarna kann mir nicht weiterhelfen, da allein AliExpress eine Erstattung veranlassen kann. Die haben die Bestellung eingefroren und behaupten, sie können rein gar nicht dagegen machen. Aber ich möchte Euch auch noch diese Erfahrungen mit AliExpress mitteilen: Rücksendungen nicht wie angegeben kostenlos, sondern da wartet ein sattes Porto nach China auf den Käufer! Käufer werden mit niedrigen Preisen angelockt, aber wenn man weiter zum Zahlvorgang geht, plötzlich höhere Preise erscheinen! Es ist reine Abzocke für billigen Ramsch! Compré un móvil Xiaomi en una tienda dentro de esta plataforma, con envío desde España llamada XIAOMI PLAZA STORE, la cual tiene una pinta de ser oficial. Pero cuál fue mi sorpresa que al año la cámara dejó de funcionar correctamente y fue cuando llevé el dispositivo arreglar en Madrid y me confirmaron que se dispositivos no estaban cubiertos por la garantía cosa que la tienda en ningún momento dice. Yo tengo factura con el IVA incluido de la compra del dispositivo, por lo que por la ley debería tener tres años de garantía y más que nada porque el envío es desde España pero ya comento que no se hacen cargo de la garantía. Esta tienda es un engaño y tener presente es que como tengáis algún problema con cualquier producto comprado en esta tienda en España no hay garantía oficial y tendrás que asumir tú los gastos de reparación. Y aliexpress después de contactar con ellos se lava las manos y lo único que te dice que lo reembolses pero fue ah hace un año la compra y ya no te permite hacerlo y se lavan las manos

Dovrei spendere altri soldi nella speranza che un venditore che mi ha già frodato mi restituisca il denaro: con quali garanzie, da un frodatore? Pessima esperienza. Buttati al vento sessanta euro. Altre ditte ti inviano una lettera di vettura con cui restituire l'oggetto. TEMÙ, in un caso simile mi ha inviato la lettera di vettura prepagata invitandomi a restituire l'oggetto. Quando li ho informati di essere pronto a spedire chiedendo dove consegnare il pacchetto, mi hanno informato che i miei soldi erano già stati restituiti e che potevo tenermi l'oggetto, scusandosi per il disturbo. Fate una valutazione. Aliexpress per me può chiudere, anzi gliene faccio un fervido augurio. Sconsiglio.

Ho acquistato un articolo che è arrivato incompleto, ci siamo accordati per restituzione e rimborso ma, diversamente da quanto pubblicizzato nell'inserzione, non mi è stato rimborsato il costo della spedizione.

Meine Bestellung wurde unvollständig geliefert, der Verkäufer ist nicht mehr erreichbar. Ich habe mich an AliExpress gewand, die haben den Fall ohne weitere Bearbeitung geschlossen. Seit 4 Monaten Versuche ich nun das fehlende Teil zu bekommen. Keine Chance. Es handelt sich nun um den zweiten Betrugsfall zu meiner Person. Vorsicht, nicht benutzen hier verkaufen Betrüger und die Plattform will nicht helfen. Ich empfehle Temu zu benutzen.

Ho comprato un oggetto ingombrante, che ho dovuto ritirare e dopo averlo aperto ho scoperto che era inutilizzabile. Ho scritto ad aliexpress per chiedere un rimborsp ho anche inviato un video dove si vedeva quello che reclamavo ma non mi hanno fatto nessun rimborso.Roba cinese pesantissima e non come da descrizione. Sito da evitare in quanto dovrebbe imparare da Amazon come ci si comporta.Attenzione quindi ed evitatelo. Comprate solo su Amazon!!!
