I'm skeptical by all the four and five star reviews here. While I don't doubt some clients make money, a lot of us don't. Things like this do not happen in a vacuum. It would be interesting to see how they respond to this review. I agree with the other unsatisfied customers who stated: STAY AWAY. Before I signed on, I had a call with one of their team members, I do have the receipts to prove it. I asked about a refund if I was not happy. His exact words were "Follow what your project manager tells you to do, and it wont come to that". I did just that. Some good things did happen: the store was built in a few days as promised, in the beginning, they were very responsive, and a team member did help me iron out some issues with Meta. After the store was delivered, the domain transfer took almost a week to be transferred, because "the person who does the transfer was out of the office". We all know it takes just a few mouse clicks. I think there is a one man army running ads. I took the initiative to check in with him, after seeing thousands of views, but no sales. I asked if there is something that should be changed. Only then, he made some targeting adjustments. At one point, I needed to reach him for something else, had to wait almost a week, for him to return. No one is saying he cannot take time off, but who provides temp cover?. It took more than fourteen days for things to get going. After about 2-3 weeks of running ads with no results, I decided that was that. My last message to VIadan, the ads manager, was sent on 04/14/24, he did not even acknowledge it. So I outreached Radosh, the PM, and asked for a refund. I mentioned that I was told in the beginning, if I was not happy, and there was no sales, I would get my money back. Well, lo and behold, I was sent a link to the refund page. Fourteen days. What a joke. I emailed the "CEO", as advised, he didn't have the decency to respond. That right there is customer service for you :) Bottom line, SAVE YOUR MONEY. Find another company that understands how hard you work for your money, and will value your business. Yes, this is a lengthy review, but it is, what it is.

They don't drag their heels in providing a nice Shopify store. I appreciate their being prompt so they I can get started sooner. However, their quality is key. Thank you.
