These guys charged me over 300 usd over 3 months with not so much as one reminder or invoice sent to my email account after the trail period lapsed. My mistake admit-tingly however I reached out to them and told them I have used the account once. And they verified it was only logged in once in the four months. But said sorry no refunds. Not a single service used. Prey on unaware.

I invested $625 from my personal account into my alidropstore account. I was told that I could withdraw my funds and commission after I completed my 38 orders. I completed my orders. I tried to withdraw and the prompt said it was a success. The funds never came through. They then sent me another set of orders. Customer service told me I couldn't receive my salary until completed another set of orders. The second set of orders made my account $-1624.00. Customer service then told me I had to pay $1624 in order to finish a second set of orders. I can't afford to pay that for the orders. When I asked for my $624 back, I was told I have to pay $1624 in order to unfreeze my account and withdraw my money. Now I'm out of $624 and never made a penny. This was a nightmare.

i uninstalled from my store 11/1/24 i was charged on the 11th so i cancelled 12th over the phone with them. lady stated it was taken care and asked can i remove my negative review and i did. noticed a charge january after back tracking they charged me in december as well. took 10hrs for a reply rowell stated he didnt see a subscription under either of my email. requested a refund now i got a email talking about its denied because i didnt cancel is and that my trial ended on 11/12/24 and they have a no refund policy. shopify should remove them from their platform

the only service that keeps spamming messages after you unsubscribe

I signed up to test it, however all they do is SPAM me and after 10 attempts to unsubscribe and email them asking for them to stop, the SPAM keeps on coming. Do yourself a favor and avoid this app and the never ending SPAM that comes with it.

What a great service, the team were very helpful and resourceful, they help me so much in setting up my first Shopify store at a very affordable cost, including several products. Thanks to the very efficient and effective team.
