I had been so busy when I came in contact with AliDrop Store staff. They were so very patient with me. I loved their professionalism. Hoping I can cope up and learn a lot on this business experience.

They’ve built me the same store as my friend with random products and seem to have an answer for everything which isn’t always a bad thing. I asked to see some of their marketing work which they have ignored multiple times and instead sent me shopify store results when that was not what I asked for! This company is dodgy

Fake people. Initially they will instantly reply to your messages. Their developer will build a Shopify Store. But it is of average quality store with lots of flaws in it. They will run Facebook ads for you with targeting of whole world in 4 ad sets. And will waste your money. And when you ask them about their promise to return your investment in 40 days, they will start ignoring you. No one will reply to your messages. I have spent more than $100 in ads even targeting and ads managed by their person only. And they could not keep their promise. Even their team head don't respond. He promised me that he will redesign my store and run ads for me but he is not responding to my messages from last one month. Instead of doing all this stuff just return all my invested money on the store. Fake people, fake company.

I recently took an online store through this platform and I have to say that my experience was absolutely amazing. Alidropstore, your CEO Velimir offered me a 50% Refund which I have on whatsapp message .. he has since been ignoring me from April ... if you have replied to my review, please confirm when I will be getting this refund? If you say something and do not follow through with this, it really reflects the type of business you operate ... I trust the company to follow through with this promise. Now to give a detailed review of my experience. I purchased the website in December 2023 .. the build up was good and to set up things was a bit time consuming but not too bad. The store was set and they started to run my ads … I was hopeful but slowly bit by bit I was just getting spammed by bots on messenger and nobody was genuine to purchase any of the products .. alidropstore did try a few things but nothing worked … after 4 months and eventually deciding that I cannot sustain spending all my money with no returns (literally got 1 $37 sale) … I had to give up … I spoke to the CEO and asked for a refund as their guarentee of getting initial investment back was not met … they ignored this and said they will give me half of my initial investment back (not ads money, or email, or shopify fee) just the transaction fee … a refund is the full fee, no idea why he’s offered me half … anyway I asked for a full refund and said I will take the hit of £3-400 on all other expenses and now they have all started to ignore me … this is genuinely disgusting human behaviour and I hope all who read this take extra caution …… they will make you all sell the same course under different domain names … you are not niche or exclusive … it just feels like we are test subjects trying to sell their own courses which gives them all the profit and they take your money to trial your “own store” ….
