I'm so sorry to hear that alice wasn't a good fit for you! Our chocolates are meant to be taken daily (just like a supplement!) for at least 3 weeks to give the functional mushrooms time to build up in your system. When incorporated into a daily routine, the mushrooms’ nutrients compound in your body and become more effective (and noticeable) with sustained use. That said, we have a 30-day guarantee on our chocolates, so please reach out to us at [email protected] for help with a refund :)

We would never ask for additional funds after you complete your purchase, and certainly never stamps! Please be aware that our only website address is www.alicemushrooms.com. Any other website is not legitimate. Any communications received should have been sent from [email protected] or [email protected] — we don't have any other customer-facing email addresses.
