Scammed me out a sale after they lost my shoes. They were zero help and couldn’t care about their customers

Not focus on the fact that my item was returned to me damaged

I wanted to return some sneakers, but they flatly denied that I couldn't because it was a final sale. A very bad experience; they might lose a customer.

I sent a jordan 1 travis scott medium olive and they said it was a replica. I do not know why but I personally bought that shoe from sneaker app via draw. So you are saying nike sells replicas?

I was very excited about this app, but they denied my ID verification. The email said the info didn't match. Not only was I vigilant when entering my info, I've quadruple checked and EVERYTHING MATCHES. Except, my license is in all caps and normal people don't use all caps. I don't know for a fact it was the all caps thing, and I think I never will. No one will respond to my emails now.

Had no issue with this company previously, selling never used to be an issue however my recent J1 Lost & Found i decided to co-sign with alias, I sent the shoe off to them with DHL and has been delivered… more than two weeks ago and they still haven’t verified it or given me any sort of update. This company needs to go in the bin, now seeing others reviews i’m fearful that i’m going to lose my shoes and money!! If i were you, i would stay clear of this company they’re utter dog crap.
