Generally easy to work with. Communication could be easier and more direct

Easy to process and list shoes the only thing I absolutely hate is that there is a cash out fee after the already 10% selling fee ,that’s just absurd and there should not be a fee for cashing my own earned money out of Alias/Goat

Glad to be able to list prices that seems beneficial for my goals and to serve the public with what I own.

Great experience. As a larger volume seller, I wish there were reduced fees to help increase my ROI.

It’s a good platform for selling but a bulk shipping discount just like stockx is well needed!

Easy to use!

Alias helped me through a lot of sales. Easy to list and payout. I was able to sold so many pairs and cash out straight to my bank. Can also see detailed prices of each pair. Only problem encountered was their courier there were times that it was hard to drop off my items. Also encountered some issues with my sales which I think is not accurate. But overall, i think it was great experience.

Two step to change price and activate is very time consuming and not efficient. Process changes very slowly.
