Fees are too high, always rejects shoes saying there “discolored” when they are not at all

Giving me a 15% commission fee for shoes that I never confirmed or nothing from the 9.5% that I had you better fix this or I’m not selling on here again

Ok so it's been a while but I sold 3 pairs of sneakers over Xmas and all 3 went missing apparently 2 pairs I never sent and 1 pair was missing from the box. So I sent over proof of posting and delivery as signed for by alias and they just stopped messaging me back , orders all cancelled no refunds no apology nothing. I have since stopped using them for good , prefer eBay and stock x

Don’t sell on ALIAS . They destroy your sneakers , they swape your legit sneakers for fakes ones , they charge you fees without returning your sneakers , they steal yours sneakers saying you didn’t send nothing! I have proofs . Stay away they re #scammers Even don’t buy on #goat #fake #scam

Alias refuses to ship shoes back after they supposedly failed inspection, I’ve done business with alias/goat many times and have never had a shoe fail, they refuse to ship the failed shoe back this is now going on 9 days with no return and little to no acknowledgment.

Alias m'a volé 180 euros. J'ai vendu une paire de Nike, elles ont été "perdues pendant le transit". Après avoir fourni toutes les preuves de dépôt des sneakers, ils me répondent, au bout d'un mois, qu'ils ne peuvent rien pour moi. Bref, Alias peut déclarer n'importe quelle paire perdue par le transporteur et garder l'argent. Ils disent que GLH ne veut rien entendre et qu'eux n'y peuvent rien. Des voleurs. A fuir.

Spamming the mail and ask for rate

Don’t trust them ! Alias scam ! I sold them 15 sneakers ! The ones sold at high profit have been marked as fakes but I have receipts from Solebox and Stockx ! Plus tag attached but this is a method for them to gain. 30$ without selling products , imagine doing this to thousands of customers. So my advise is don’t sell on their platform or don’t buy on goat ! They’re not liable . Plus probably they exchange your legit sneaker for a fake one and send you back the fake chsrgin you 30$ each pair!
