Really bad customer service when there shipping service (puralator) has “lost in transit” they basically toss there hands in the air and won’t help you , Definatley find selling on stock X way better as they use UPS

DHL was a complete nightmare All Packages were still sitting in delivery depot for a months with no movement or updates on why some of the packages were lost or sitting in depot for months Dhl has to be the worst shipping company ever.

Owe me heaps of money, heaps of hidden fees, As a power seller, The service has gone significantly downhill and I would rather sell elsewhere. I have a dedicated support person who gives me false promises and ignores me, I have been left on read 7 or 8 times in a row now regarding the refund of fines I should not have received(I was promised a refund now am being ghosted), thanks Keith. Also their courier service in Australia, they changed a few months ago to cut costs, takes an entire month for payout, 1 MONTH!!??? Absolutely crazy, considering how much money i’ve given you guys in fees, you could have had the decency to not palm me off the cheapest courier service in Australia. Bring back DHL, deliver your false promises and you can continue to take my fees.

Your fees are ridiculous. Then you try to send me tax forms at the end of the year. That’s bullshit.

Very poor support. Makes a lot of mistakes with shipments and charges me even when they make the mistake. Poor business ethics.

Lower you damn fees. You charge way too much for everything.

Dropped my seller rating to under 90 over a honest mistake, so I won't be selling on your platform anymore and will only sell on EBay & StockX.
