The inspection of sneakers is very strict and terrifying. My sneakers were on the shelf and suddenly disappeared. Then I was told that I had applied to send them back. I did not apply for them to be sent back. When my sneakers were locked, something abnormal happened. I contacted customer service immediately, but it still could not be resolved. You lost my shoes.

This company is an absolute joke. Customer service is literally worst in the world. Takes weeks to get any issue resolved. They steal shoes and make you jump through hoops for weeks to get your money. They damage product and then charge you. They retaliate if you threaten to report them. Not a joke this company is repugnant!

I have an item that I have been trying to get information on since January 17th. It was supposed to be shipped back to me, but was never handed off to the carrier. I have been largely ignored while someone is "looking into it." No one to talk to. Just an online form that adds to your ZenDesk. Terrible How many months should I have to wait. I'm getting ready to Unlist ALL of my items and sell them through another channel.

👎 contact me for more information, intern : )

Can’t even send me a pic of what was wrong

Disappointed all around. Blaming me for a service USPS didn’t provide is wrong. Package was sent on time. The problem wasn’t fixed since I didn’t get my sale.

Could be better

Now the shoes on sale on the same day can not be above the frame, and now the shoe inspection is very strict, other platforms do not have this situation again
