It is absolutely insane that a seller cannot sort listings by listings with offers or by highest offer. There are so many changes that have been made to this app that show definitively that changes are not made by people who actually use this app. The changes are made by app developers and techs that just make changes to keep their job…not to make the app better. For example, that slider used to set prices or make offers has to be the most glaring example of form over function ever. Literally no one asked for that frustrating and inaccurate way to set a price. I have wasted so much time having to fix the price when that dumb slider goes too far past the intended price adjustment. And of course you can’t just type in the price or use a simple arrow up or down…so some silly developer thought a sloppy slider was best. Please, bring back the ability to sort your listings: by offer, by date, by highest offer, by newest, etc. It’s insane that this was taken away to begin with.

not enough increase in seller score every successful item sold, commission fee too high therefore the need to price the item to a reasonable price is hard because of a big loss in profit margin.

Sold an essentials hoodie and it was rejected due to “Craftsmanship”. How am I supposed to be able to control how Fear of God crafts their hoodies? SMH, this latest experience with Alias will stop me from selling most of my inventory on Alias moving forward since they keep giving BS reasons for rejecting.

I had a handful of clothing items that Alias/GOAT that failed authentication in October 2024. These items were authentic and should have passed authentication. I was charged penalty and shipping charges individually for each item, and none of the items were ever shipped back to me.

I have an open claim for a pair of shoes that GOAT shipped back to me and I have yet to receive then and tracking is stuck.

Verification process takes much longer then before it effects the sales and marketing strategy

Authentication process is taking too long. I dropped off my sneakers 5 days ago and still haven’t authenticated yet. Too bad
