Marina Shlomov offered such great customer service and made my move from Texas to Georgia such a delight. Moving can be very stressful, but I appreciate the prompt responses, and she was very thorough.

Had an awful experience in renting a property. This was nothing to do with the quality of villa but it’s simply down to the worst customer service I’ve come across. Firstly we had the original villa we had booked cancelled a week before travelling. The member of staff “helping” was aggressive and confrontational during us trying to find a new property. Sadly this demeanour carried on to when we arrived at our Villa, the gentlemen checking us in flipped out every time we asked for anything or queried anything. When checking out our deposit was held for 120 hours, when we were told it would be 72 at most. Fulvio the member of staff in question shouted at my wife when she enquired as to where our funds were. We stay in Ibiza annually but will never use this company again on this mans attitude alone.

Sir, you must have us confused with another company as we do nat manage short term rentals and neither do we have any employers bu that name. Neither do we manage properties in Ibiza. We are located near Atlanta, Ga in the USA.

We lived in one of their rental properties for 3 1/2 years and had a wonderful experience with the management and maintenance staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent.
