Paid but access to indicators not activated
I purchased the 7 day trial then paid the full monthly subscription price on April 1st. I reached out via their Telegram support channel, "Contact Us" interface on their website and via the chat option in Tradingview. It is now April 3rd, they have my payment but I'm still locked out of access to the indicators in Tradingview and have not received a response to any of the messages I've sent asking when my access will be restored. I just want access to what I've paid for. EDIT: Just heard back from Algosniper and my access has been restored. 🙂
