Hi Phillip, we’re sorry for the confusion. We looked into your order and it was placed just 5 business days ago. Pharmacies operate on business days, and you’ve already received one of your medications within that timeframe. When an order contains multiple medications, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. We communicate this throughout our post-order communications multiple times because medications can be fulfilled by different pharmacies. Generic medications are typically already in stock, while many compounded medications must be prepared specifically for your prescription after the order is placed and can take longer to ship. If you ever feel an item is outside the normal processing window, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Our support team responds within the day and can quickly check the status with the pharmacy, provide an update, and resolve any issues. Reaching out to us directly is always the fastest and easiest way for us to help.

Noah, we’re sorry you remain dissatisfied. As explained previously, your medication subscription could not continue because the required communication with your prescribing medical provider was not completed. As a healthcare company, we cannot continue prescribing medication without the required patient-provider communication and medical oversight. Despite this, we refunded 100% of the money you paid to algorx, including amounts that would not ordinarily have been refundable under our policy. At this point, you have received a full refund and no funds have been retained by algorx. We understand that you are unhappy with the outcome, but we cannot waive medical requirements in order to continue a prescription subscription.

Hi Andrew, we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your delivery. We do provide communication around orders asking customers to contact us immediately if there are any issues upon delivery so that we can work with the pharmacy to get them resolved. The dispensing pharmacy provides similar guidance as well. Unfortunately, outdoor temperatures and the conditions a package may experience after delivery are outside of our direct control. That said, we never want a customer to simply be left with an unusable product. If an order arrives with a concern, our team will always work with the pharmacy to determine the appropriate resolution and make things right whenever possible. We haven’t been able to locate any communication from you regarding this issue prior to this review. Please reach out to our support team so we can look into your specific order and work with the pharmacy on a resolution. We’d appreciate the opportunity to help.

The VIP nasal spray is compounded and filled by a licensed pharmacy to the labeled volume, and because the bottle itself is larger than the liquid it contains, it can sometimes appear less full than expected. That said, it certainly shouldn't feel like you're receiving less product than prescribed. We'd be happy to look into this further with the dispensing pharmacy.
