Great company with very responsive and helpful customer service. I worked with John who met with me as many times as it took me to feel comfortable to sign up for algo trading. All questions were answered, no sales pressure at all. Excellent gentleman to represent the company -- first impressions do make a difference!!! Very transparent company that shows you historical results which are excellent. Of course, there is no such thing as guarantee in trading, but I feel that this is about as close to 'guarantee' as one can get. Mark is the representative that I work with now who is also excellent! Mark replies to my questions super fast and jumps on a call to help me navigate the platform (which is actually user friendly but I am new and what's better way to learn other than from professional rep who knows the ins and outs of it). I have high confidence in this algo trading. I met with *many* companies, and ultimately, felt that AlgoExchange is the company I am going to trust my money with. Great job, guys!

I've been working with Austin and Mark for the past 6 months and have been very impressed with their level of service, the reliability of the strategies, and the results I've seen. It's important for anyone reading this to know that I believe algo trading is used as a part of a diversified and risk-protected macro-strategy, and I wouldn't recommend anyone have too many eggs in one basket.

When anyone promises 5% returns every month it's natural to feel it's too good to be true. But Algoexchange has definitely kept it's promise. I got 11% returns in 2 months and it's completely legit. Of course past performance is not a guarantee of future results but I am planning to recommend this to my friends based on what they accomplished in my portfolio. Quite skeptical at first!! Met Jason and Austin in Florida for dinner and felt more comfortable with the bot. First few months the bot wasnt doing much. These algo’s have performed as described. Service is excellent. The team will help you set up your account, fund it and then just let the Algorithms do their job. For a busy contractor like myself, this is my best option to get into the markets. No more FOMO for me. I’m 2 1/2 months in and have nearly paid for my full subscription. These guys are for real you will make money. As with any investment there is risk , make sure you understand there can be draw down and market seasonality.
