I ordered a light for £299 on 30th November and was told it would be delivered in 3-5 working days, it's now been 8 working days and I have reached out via email and Whatsapp to try and find out were it is and get the tracking number, but not getting any joy, I just tried calling there land line in Belgium but it won't connect, I'm now going to report this company to my bank as a scam and get my money back!
