First of all, quality of clothes is fantastic. Beautiful fabrics that are woven to last. Not trying to do too much. Solid, solid pieces that can be foundational to a wardrobe. Also, unmatched customer service. There was an issue with my order, which is unfortunate. I had to reach out to them, but once I did, they made it right and then some. Feels like they actually care about people having a good experience.

The business was super responsive. Wally one of the team members worked with me to exchange the the tank top I purchased. While not at the fashion industry, their customer service is top of the hill. High-quality linen, tank top and products in my case.

Excellent, above and beyond customer service. There was a small error with my order, I contacted customer service and received an almost immediate response remedying the situation. The communication was professional, friendly and with a sense of humor. The speed and efficiency I experienced was exceptional!

Quality goods but disappointing experience. My order was only partially fulfilled. Their inventory wasn't up to date so I didn't receive one of my items. I understand that happens. But I was never notified. I just received an incomplete order. I had to message them to let them know waiting days in between to request a refund for the item I paid for, and they didn't have. I would buy their stuff in a retail space but won't order online again.
