Bad quality and bad customer service. Never experienced anything like that. They sent we a damaged clothes, and I reached out them via email multiple times, no one response. And I called, no one answered the phone.

Extremely disappointing experience with Alexander Wang. Order no. aw00765386. I received a €260 garment with multiple visible manufacturing defects straight out of the package: flaws on the Alexander Wang label, several holes / defects in the knit, and poor finishing around seams and construction areas. For a brand positioned at this price point, this is simply unacceptable. A piece sold at €260 should arrive in impeccable condition, not with obvious defects that immediately call quality control into question. The fact that this item passed inspection and was shipped to a customer is frankly embarrassing for a brand of this reputation. I have contacted customer service and requested an appropriate resolution. I am now waiting to see whether Alexander Wang is capable of handling this matter seriously and in a way that matches the image it projects. As it stands, charging premium prices while delivering an item of this quality is unacceptable. I will update this review depending on how this complaint is handled. Very disappointing quality control, a very poor first impression, and a level of quality far below what one should be entitled to expect from Alexander Wang.

J’ai passé commande d’une paire de talons le 3 juin et je n’ai reçu mon colis que le 15 juin, soit 12 jours plus tard. À la réception, je me suis rendu compte que la mauvaise taille m’avait été envoyée : j’avais commandé du 41 et j’ai reçu du 35. J’ai alors tenté de contacter le service client, mais il n’existe aucun service client en français, ce que je trouve inacceptable pour une marque de cette envergure. J’ai donc dû échanger par e-mail, mais les réponses sont extrêmement lentes (3 à 4 jours d’attente à chaque fois). En plus de cette mauvaise expérience, aucun geste commercial ne m’a été proposé. J’ai finalement été contraint d’ouvrir un litige PayPal et de trouver moi-même une solution pour retourner le colis. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette marque. Entre les erreurs de commande, les délais de livraison, l’absence de service client francophone et le manque de réactivité, l’expérience a été très décevante. Passez votre chemin !

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I received an item that I need to return, but the package did not include any return label or return instructions. For the past 4 days, I have been trying to contact customer service without success. There is no active phone support available. The live chat appears ineffective and does not provide proper assistance. I sent an email and received an automated response stating that I would hear back within 1 business day, but no one has responded. As a customer, I find this level of support unacceptable. Returning an item should not be this difficult. At this point, I simply want to return the product and receive the assistance that should have been provided from the beginning. This experience has completely changed my opinion of the company, and unless this issue is resolved promptly, I do not plan to purchase from this brand again.

The company later acknowledged in writing that the package may have been misrouted, delivered to another location, or lost in transit. Despite following all authorized return instructions correctly, I still have not received my refund. Customer service has been extremely difficult to reach, and multiple emails went unanswered for weeks. I have now been forced to open a dispute with Chase because the issue remains unresolved. Customers should not be held responsible for warehouse or carrier issues after using a merchant’s official prepaid return process. Very disappointing experience from a luxury brand I hope Alexander Wang resolves this professionally before more customers experience similar issues.

Extremely disappointed with Alexander Wang’s customer service. I emailed regarding an urgent issue with my order and did not receive a response for three days. During that time, I called customer service multiple times throughout the day and no one ever answered the phone. Because I could not get any help, I was forced to contact UPS myself and pay an additional fee to have my package held. This situation could have been easily avoided with timely support. For a brand at this level, this level of customer service is unacceptable. The lack of responsiveness and inability to handle urgent matters shows a serious need for improvement. I hope the company takes customer service more seriously going forward.

I purchased a tracksuit a year ago and the hoody has come away. They weren’t interested in offering a fixture or looking into it. Unfortunately I can’t wear it and the price tag was £700 for the set which doesn’t sit right with me. I only buy from them as I love their cotton tracksuits, they usually wash and wear so well. I find their customer service ignorant and really off putting.

Refund is take forever! I returned an unfited item of my recent order , and never got a refund. Item was received by AW centre on 14th Jul, and after 10 days I received the return confirmation email, but until now no refund appears to my account yet. Already initiated a dispute with Paypal to help get my refund back. Don't buy from AW, otherwise you won't get your refund.
