We booked them to deliver furniture from England to France within an agreed time frame. They collected a day late and the driver reversed into our neighbours wall. They had over a 2 week window to deliver to France before we had to leave. I sent lots of emails to check all was well and was told delivery would be on time - only it wasn’t. Many excuses and broken promises that the goods had left, all quoting what ‘the boss’ had said. Goods turned up 2 days after deadline so we had to rearrange all travel back to the UK. Their communication is driver refused to unload before payment so we were forced to pay. All chairs were damaged. Now the owner has given me a negative review on Shiply saying I’m a liar.

Alexander removals ltd still up to no good I see... Absolutely terrible company, terrible service, crap management (alfie) if that's your real name and most of all, lies lies lies.... I had numerous items damaged and was told by "Alfie " things would be sorted... yeah... sorted... case closed no compensation... joke of an outfit... use them at your peril!!!! You have been warned....

Unexplained overweight charges, 1 week late delivery, repeated explanations of delivery going missing being that the van broke down, the man who delivered our goods late was dressed inappropriately for the job had clearly been sleeping in the van and was not physically capable of lifting our belongings. He refused to even use the elevator and at one point tried to leave half way through the job because he was 'worried about the police'. Something really fishy is happening here and I would urge anyone considering giving money to these people to look elsewhere. We've had to go to court to get money back from this company (and I recommend anyone else who has had a similar experience to do so so these men can be held responsible).

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolute scammers. Our stuff never arrived it was stranded in the middle of France. We had to rent our own van and force the driver to send us his location so we could collect it ourselves. When we finally arrived to transport it all - they had been sleeping on our stuff and items were missing! Whenever we called to resolve it ‘Alfie’ promises someone will get back to us - and no suprise they haven’t. Absolute scammers and awful awful liars.

Terrible company: - Delivery was 8 days later than promised. - Delivery was announced with 3 hours notice (instead of the promised 48). I had to cancel an appointment on short notice to be able to receive my goods. - Items were terribly secured in the truck and arrived damaged. - Communication was appaling. - Made me pay overweight charges (which might have been legitimate - though hard to know for sure) a day after the promised delivery. So they just stored my staff in their warehouse till after they were supposed to deliver. - Damage claim was denied because apparently this has to be done within "24/48 hours". In short: Avoid this company!
