THE WORST ONLINE STORE. INSTEAD OF GIVING ME A REFUND THEY WROTE TO ME THEY WOULD SEND ME ANOTHER SWEATER. NONE OF THEM HAS ARRIVED YET. TOTAL SCAM. DON'T YOU THERE TO BUY SOMETHING TO THEM.

I ordered a pair of raspberry coloured orthopedic sneakers. Around $100 AU. They took 5 weeks to arrive from China! They were 2 sizes to big, a completely wrong colour and cheap made horrible shoes. The options forward were the customer paying for a refund ($40-$50 postage back to China), or a 15% refund and I chuck them in the bin, or a replacement, I'm guessing of the same crap from the factory in China. This company might be somewhat 'real' but they aren't legit to their marketing, website, photos, or descriptions. Stay away!!! I should have researched them better, the worst thing is they are going to keep doing this and with such terrible consequences to the earth with fast fashion garbage being mass produced. Shame on you Alexander Hampton! 💩

What looked to be a reasonable offer online, turned out to be a poor quality, ill fitting, chemical smelling garment. When I tries to return it they said that I would have to pay for the shipping to some remote art of China, They pointed out that it would cost me €50 in postage and offered me a 15% discount. The whole experience feels like a scam.

If it was possible, they would get a negative star. Everything went wrong. Items received not as pictured online. Poor quality fabric, poor stitching , and it took forever to delivered. Refund was a joke. So I lost $122.00 out the deal. The website should be such down for fraud. Place order in November and receive it in late January. It’s a rip off…….

I wish I had read all of these reviews before I ordered - stupid mistake. Orders take a month+ to arrive and are horrible quality. They advertise free shipping but add a hidden “tip” and shipping protection in the order - you have to uncheck these and they are not obvious to see. Terrible company.

Terrible experience. Idem was send like already used. All labels were cutting off. In bad condition. Shame on you.

Don’t order from this company. The shoes I ordered arrived in 6 weeks, not 5-10 business days. They smelled bad and were poor quality. I asked for a return label and they wouldn’t provide it. They asked for photos of the product first. Avoid at all costs!

I would give them a 0 if I could! Their site is so misleading. They sound like they are a US company out of NYC offering high end clothing. Says "ships in 1-2 days" They don't say it is coming on a slow boat from China. Took 6 weeks to get here. They sweaters were advertised as cashmere and they are cheep, stretchy almost like sweatshirt material -- loose threads, no tags on them. They are going straight into the trash! BUYER BEWARE!
