Save yourself the headache and don't buy from this company. I ordered boot on March 5, 2026. March 6, got a message order on its way. Today is tuesday March 31, 2026. No boots yet. I've contacted customer service twice. I could not use their supposed tracking, it only showed the boots were accepted at the China airport?? Customer service responded, assuring me they had left China and should be arriving and transferred to my local carrier. Nope! Never received any info or tracking from anyone, let alone a local carrier. I contacted customer service again. The response came to my email, with someone elses name and info. Not mine. It's been 26 days, I have no idea where my order is. Now customer service is sending me info on someone elses order. I'm beyond frustrated. I don't even want the order now. I just want my money back. I told customer service I wanted a refund on boots I never received, their response: We know this is frustrating and thank you for staying on top of your order. Sent to my email address with someone elses name. Extremely poor service, I don't even know the quality of the boots, I haven't received them.

The Blackthorn All Terrain Boots are not true to size. No assistance from Alexander Hampton. If you try to cancel, you find out that they immediately mark the purchase as shipped so you can't cancel. It's essentially working as a scam. Items not delivered on time, items not delivered as instructed. Followed by emails with bogus excuses. Main point - don't waste your money, spend it elsewhere.

If i could give zero stars i would. I tried to cancel my order within 2 hours of ordering but got and automated email saying order has left "origin dispatch." I paid €89 euros for a grey tweet small size jacket. 3 weeks later after numerous emails it arrived. Nothing like what was in the pictures and was way over sized with labels cut off. It was not tweet but a cheap looking brown fleece. This is a scam.

I wish I came here first to read the reviews. Like so many I was scammed. My item took over a month and when it came it was not worth the $45 I paid for - it was more like dollar store quality. Return policy would be double the price back to China. This site should be shut down!

The shoes I ordered were too big, material very poor quality and the buckle on the side was only for decoration. Only a hook to close them. Very flemsy- total scam for the price I paid! Going in the bin!
