I would give it ZERO stars if I could
UPDATE: several more rounds of emails and this is the latest regarding shipping insurance! This is now just laughable how many emails this is taking. So basically, if the package is marked delivered, it is not their responsibility. I can not prove it was stolen or if it is lost, or if it was delivered to the wrong address. Even though the insurance says it is for lost or stolen packages. What a scam!!!! I truly hear your frustration, and I’m really sorry this has reached a point where it feels like you’re just going in circles. I completely understand how upsetting it is to be told a package was delivered when you don’t have it in hand—especially when you’ve already taken the step of checking with the carrier. After carefully reviewing everything again, I can confirm that the shipment was marked as delivered to your mailbox by the local carrier, which means it was successfully handed off and completed on their end. In situations like this, the package is no longer in transit within our shipping network, which unfortunately limits what we can directly control from our side. That said, I absolutely don’t want to leave you without support. Cases like this can sometimes involve misdelivery, theft, or placement in a secure location that isn’t immediately visible. While I understand you’ve already checked with the carrier, I still strongly recommend requesting a GPS delivery confirmation or delivery scan details from your local post office, as they can often provide more precise information about where the package was left. Regarding the shipping protection—this is specifically intended to help cover situations like loss or theft after delivery. I’m more than willing to escalate your case for a claim review under this protection, so we can explore what resolution may be approved for you. Please allow me to take that step on your behalf. I completely understand why you’re asking for a refund, and I truly wish it were something I could immediately process. However, since the order is marked as successfully delivered by the carrier, we are required to follow the outcome of the shipping investigation or protection claim before proceeding further. I know this isn’t the quick resolution you were hoping for, but please know I’m actively working to help you get a fair outcome here. I’ll personally follow this up and keep you updated every step of the way. My initial review! I would give it ZERO stars if I could. a zillion emails back/forth. shipping insurance protects your package but not if it says it was delivered. Apparently. Never received it, the tracking says it was left at my mailbox but that is not possible we do not have a mailbox for packages it is simply a letter box. Keep in mind, the response pasted below is after at least 10 email exchanges. The package insurance says this on their website ""SHIPPING PROTECTION - PROTECT YOUR ORDER FROM DAMAGE, LOSS OR THEFT DURING SHIPPING" I think they are implying the item shows delivered so it is no longer in the "shipping" process therefore it is not protected or some kind of bullshit like that!!! The response from the company: I’m truly sorry for how frustrating this experience has been, and I completely understand why you feel this way—especially after spending time trying to track this down without getting clear resolution. Upon carefully reviewing the tracking details, the shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier (USPS) to the mailbox/near the delivery area. Once a parcel is officially marked as delivered, it is considered successfully completed by the carrier, which unfortunately limits what we can directly action from our end. This is also why filing a claim becomes dependent on the shipping method and whether insurance was applied at the carrier level. That said, I completely understand that this does not resolve your situation, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the back-and-forth you’ve experienced. Please know this is never the experience we want for our customers. Additionally, I strongly recommend reaching out to your local USPS office with your tracking number, as they have access to GPS delivery scans and may be able to provide more precise delivery details or assist further on their end. I truly appreciate your patience, and I’m here to help you through this. Please let me know how you’d like to proceed, and I will take care of it right away.
