Do not buy from Alexander Hampton. The quality is terrible as is the sizing, no labels, and no way to return the article. They should not be allowed to advertise on instagram or Facebook. The article described as Merino wool, been no where near a ball of wool. Tried to return, not having much luck.

I ordered the Aurelia Cashmere Turtleneck in Large. The sweater I received is a totally different sweater. There is no label inside with fabric information and does not feel like cashmere. Asked for a return and I hope I get my money back! Would not recommend!

3 months ago, ordered a size XL, oversized cashmere tunic sweater in autumn colors. Receiced a cheap unlabeled short, child's stretchy synthetic turtleneck in unspecified multicolored yarns. Notified Customer Service, this seems like a shell company. Misrepresenting products.

I order a coat for my bf(100.00). After 3 weeks I got the coat. I am so far beyond angry. This is the email I sent to Alexander Hampton. "I received the coat today. Thank you so much for sending me a 100.00 PIECE OF TRASH!! THE LINER SHEDS HORRIBLY AND GOT ALL OVER MY CLOTHES AND FURNITURE. ITS EVEN IN THE BAG IT WAS SENT IN. ITS SUPER THIN AND MADE OUT OF THE SAME PLASTIC THAT TENTS ARE MADE OF!!! AND THE PIC ON YOUR WEBSITE OF THE COAT I WANTED AND WHAT WAS SENT TO ME IS NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM THE SAME ITEM. THIS IS A TOTAL SHAM AND I NEED A FULL REFUND!!! I AM FURIOUS!!!!" Waiting to hear from them. The coat is so poorly made. My 35.00 coat from shein is 50x better than this!!! Leider habe ich vorher auch keine Bewertungen gelesen. Die angeblich günstigen und hochwertige orthopädische Sneakers für ca. 60 $ entpuppten sich als Billigware. Dazu wurde noch die falsche Größe geliefert, (statt US Größe 8,5 Größe kamen EU Größe 42. Ich kann nur abraten bei Alexander Hampton zu bestellen, bzw. zu kaufen. Zur Zeit versuche ich, die Schuhe zurückzugeben und eine Erstattung zu bekommen. Mal sehen, ob die Firma sich an Recht und Gesetz hält oder ob sie mich versuchen zu betrügen. Nachtrag: Bisher hat man mir 15 % Preisnachlass angeboten oder ich solle die "Amara Everyday Orthopedic SneakersWhite / 8.5" nach China senden, auf meine Kosten. Das ist natürlich unakzeptabel. Ich gebe mich damit nicht zufrieden und will mein Geld zurück. Mal sehen wie es weitergeht Update: Letztlich wurde mir tatsächlich der gesamte Betrag zurückerstattet. Die Abwicklung verlief anfangs schleppend aber immer freundlich und am Ende bin ich dann doch zufrieden, weil ich mein Geld zurück habe.

Is it a scam organisation? They make you think you are buying from US or Europe and you are not. It is sent from China so it takes far longer than suggested. The quality is poor. If you want to return the product you have to pay the return fee which is the cost of sending it back to China!

Do not order from Alexander Hampton online clothing store. Made an order and cancelled it within an hour and they have still sent it against my express wishes. This company is a scam.

Mistake on order and called within a few hours. Customer service said it had already been shipped. Waited for 3 weeks so I could ship it back. Received order finally and the quality is horrendous. No tags and definitely NOT CASHMERE. WILL RETURN IMMEDIATELY
