I regret that I didn't read the reviews. I received a sweater today that is not the size I ordered...it is too small. There are no tags inside to indicate its size or care instructions. Additionally, I ordered a cashmere sweater and received a sweater made of cotton. The construction of it is poor, won't last long. You can see the seam threads if you stress test the seams. I don't know why I didn't research this company as I normally do. Lesson learned. I would not order from this company. Will see if my credit card company can intervene.

I ordered a Men’s Palermo Leather Button-Up Jacket (Size XL, Dark Brown) from alexander-hampton.com on December 1, 2025, for $79.99 with free shipping and delivery promised in 4–8 days. I did not receive what was advertised. The photos and description clearly stated a “premium leather build,” but the item I received on December 18 (10 days late) is not leather, not suede, and not even a real jacket — it’s a very thin polyester terry-cloth-like garment with cheap plastic trim and a flimsy plastic zipper. The entire package weighed under 16-oz, which alone proves the jacket couldn’t be real leather. The fit is extremely oversized, shapeless, and looks nothing like the website images. This is blatant misrepresentation and poor quality. This site portrays a polished, high-end look on its website, but the products are cheap knock-offs, shipped from China, with no meaningful return support. Other customers report exactly the same issues — false advertising, items shipped from China, poor quality material, and no reasonable returns. I strongly advise anyone considering this site to stay away — they create a legitimate-looking storefront, then send inexpensive, low-quality products that do not match their descriptions.

It is a fraud site. They send a crap piece of clothing or shoe that is nowhere close to advertised item. Then when you complain they acknowledge mistake but only offer you a 15% discount or say you can send it back to china but it will cost $50USD (50% of the cost of the item)

My partner recently ordered a pair of shoes that were labelled as "orthopedic" when they arrived they were such cheap crap and there was nothing orthopedic about them. Plus they were the wrong size! When she enquired about returning them she was told she would have to pay over $50 in shipping to return them to China! So..I guess she got scammed?! Do not purchase from this site!!!

Scam site. AVOID at all costs. Bought jumper there, it wasnt the fabric that was advertised, wasnt the size advertised, no labels or tags. Says it has free returns, but you can only return it yourself for approximately 50 U.S. dollars. Dont get fooled by the fancy layout of the webpage, it's a scam site. They cant go out of business fast enough.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM! They took me for $120. I bought 3 pairs of orthotic shoes. I received them from”China.” They look like something from the dollar store. Fake and extremely cheap!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!

Ordered boots in a size 6w and they sent 10w. Only gave me the option to receive 15% off or ship back for $40-50 at my expense! When the mistake was their fault this is unacceptable. Do not order from this thief of a company.
