SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT PURCHASE If I could give a zero star rating, I absolutely would. I purchased the advertised Aurelia Cashmere Turtleneck beige Sweater as per the photo and description provided on their website. Unfortunately I did not check the Trustpilot site in advance. What I received about 3/4 weeks later from China was a sweater in yellow/clotted cream colour which is no way representative of the picture online either in colour or material. Cashmere is a complete exaggeration!! This is a cheap polyester fabric. There is no label on the item stating what it is made from, the care instructions or sizing. I have not even tried the item on. I contacted the company straight away seeking a full refund for the sweater on the basis of mis- selling and misinformation. They did not respond. I sent a second email a few days later and they responded saying I could return the item but was responsible for the cost of approx $40/50 postage for the return OR I could keep the item and they would refund me 15% of the cost of the item. I will also be responsible for customs charges as return is to a country outside the EU. This response is completely unacceptable. Net outcome is I will be at a loss no matter which option I choose. I have written to the Company now after the holiday period demanding a full refund and hopefully they will respond positively given the volumes of complaints logged on Trustpilot. Since posting this highly negative review AH contacted me and offered a full refund which I received today.

My dad ordered a cashmere women's cardigan in size medium. It was supposed to be a lilac color. What we got was a scratchy plum colored cardigan with no tags, anywhere. No tag indicating brand, size, care, etc. It came in a plastic bag with no brand names. He ordered it on Dec 7 th and it arrives on Dec 26th. It shipped from another country but we don't know which one (we suspect china). Tracking information was only available on the website and all it said was item left facility or item in transit. I tried going back to the website to double check our order record and my anti-virus software flagged it as a dangerous website and redirected me to my home page.

Waited a month to receive the merchandise only to throw it away. This company uses American made merchandise PICTURES on their website only to replace with their cheap made products. Not surprised the cost of shipping returns is as much as the product. What a rip-off.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I mistakenly believed that the sweater this company advertised was a cashmere sweater. What I received was nowhere near what was advertised and certainly not cashmere. It was an ugly synthetic and badly put together sweater. Upon contacting the company for information for returning it and getting a refund, I was informed that returns are shipped to China at the cost of the buyer, and shipping costs are almost as high as the purchase price, plus the hassle of the return. So I will never get a refund for a misleadingly advertised item that I bought and will throw away.

Trying to return a $70 sweater that would not fit a toddler. Norton won't let me access the website as it is "dangerous" and there is no invoice or email from the company It's a scam. BEWARE.

Placed Christmas order on 12/10/25, and according to their FAQ, delivery time is 8 business days. Tracking shows it took 12 days to get from the origin facility to the Chinese Airport, and it left China on 12/23/25. We still do not have an estimated delivery date, but we are guessing it won't be here for Christmas. Sent email and was told they "appreciate your patience". Update: We did contact customer service and were told "At this stage, there is unfortunately nothing further we can do to control or accelerate the delivery timeline. Once an order has been dispatched, the shipment is fully handled by the carrier and their logistics network. We do not have any authority or control over how or when the package is processed, transferred between facilities, or delivered, particularly during peak holiday periods when backlogs, customs processing, and transportation congestion are common." Like I stated earlier, order by Halloween for a Christmas delivery.

Red flag!!! This company is in China! Nonetheless, I placed an order for a coat, they marked it shipped. They did not ship it so I requested a refund. On the same day I requested the refund, they replied it’s shipped so no refund, but it wasn’t actually received to ship for 9 days (the same day I asked for the refund.) I’ll update this review when or if I get the coat. Update- COMPLETE TRASH! I ORDERED THE PICTURE AND RECEIVED TRASH. IT DOESN’T EVEN HAVE A LABEL IN IT. THE WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED AND TAKEN DOWN! I ASKED FOR RETURN INFORMATION AND A FULL REFUND! I HAVE REPORTED THEM AS SCAMMERS TO THE BBB!

This is a SCAM company. Do not waste your time nor money. I purchased Orthopedic shoes, which arrived from China, no tags on them and in a zip lock bag. Quality was extremely cheap and not even the correct size let alone orthopaedic shoes. No receipt in the packaging and website did not provide a return address. I had to email to get same. When I did make contact I was advised to send photos of the order with receipts (which weren't provided) and told I had to return the item via tracked shipping which was the cost of the shoes to return or they would return 15% of the original price paid which was €6. Company is a scam. I reported them to Shopify as a scam.
