Fraudulent.I made a mistake like this years ago. Luckily I only am loosing 35.00. The orders never come. The ads hook onto legit companies. Mine was latched onto Kohls. Notify the company it used so they can prevent it.

Dreadful experience, the sweater was nothing like advertised and the size was a joke. Refund of 15 % was offered with no need to return the item (because it’s rubbish) BUYER BEWARE!

This company is a ripoff. The sweater I ordered does not look like the picture on their website. The fabric looked cheap and a seam was coming unsewn. To top it off, the return shipping -to China- would cost $40-$50 dollars. On their website they list the “country’s code” as the US. That appears to be a lie. They don’t tell you upfront that it would return to China. What a scam! Don’t order anything from these people!

Agree totally. Alexander Hampton is a complete rip off. Ordered a supposed cashmere sweater. Came with no size markings, no fabric care,made of some sort of cheap material, no fabric information! Returns go to China for $40.00 or $50.00! Beware!

Terrible communication. No ETA on delivery - delivery delayed. Once received, upon inspection, NOT cashmere. Items obviously fashioned elsewhere for small frames and made of inferior grade fabrics. This place is a scam! Do NOT waste your time or money.

I 1000% agree with the other reviews that rate this company as a scam. Im sorry I didnt read these reviews before purchasing. The sweater I saw in the picture on their website—what I thought I was ordering—is a GROSS misrepresentation of what I actually received. Theres no way this thing contains a single thread of cashmere— it looks like something I mightve found on the clearance rack at wal-mart. Also, I ordered an XL thinking I’d like it to fit a little bit baggy—I dont think my 5 year old neighbor could get into this. And now I am faced with the nightmare that their return policy appears to be………I should’ve listened to my gut when it told me the price point was too good to be true!
