Sweater shrunk so badly it is not wearable.

I ordered shoes I needed for long conventions I worked Jan, Feb and March. It is now mid May and no shoes have arrived. I have emailed at least 8 times asking for refund. They keep replying the need more time ! I see no shoes or refund coming.

Scammers!! They will take your money and send you the wrong item and when you send it back. They say it’s lost. Also paid $40 to return the product

This company is an absolute scam I had exactly the same experience as all these other people. Sent the wrong size and it would cost me more than the shoes were worth to return them .. may I add very poor quality shoes .. although the error was on their part all they offered was 15 % of cost returned to my account. Fake website, selling cheap products. There is no way to return the items. The emails sent to their email remain unanswered. Do not buy from them.

Similar experience as others. Items were not what was promised - labeled orthopedic with arch support and had none. Requested return and was offered the same thing: 15% discount or return to China for full refund (average cost being $40-$50 to return). The package was mailed from Illinois so why it has to be returned to China is absurd!!! These companies should be banned. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission!

Ordered a pair of shoes that took weeks to arrive. Despite ordering my size, the shoes were at least a size bigger. They were also advertised as having arch support, and they had none. When I requested a return, I was told I could receive a 15% refund or pay to ship the shoes for $50 back to China and receive a full refund. I originally paid $48 for the shoes… How does paying $50 in shipping in order to receive a $48 refund make any sense? Do not order from this company. They are a scam.

Even trust piliot advises against purchasing from this company. They shipped for some reason to Georgia. When I live in Iowa, they have refused a refund gave no explanation. All they said was Anna denied refund I would not advise buying from here.I will never buy from here again and I will do everything I can to show what a scam this company is
