I have contacted them several times over the past month. They will not contact me with an address for the return of an ugly sweater which is not what I thought I was ordering. The cost was $161.00 for a very inferior product. Wish I had read the reviews. Andrea Main

Absolutely worst experience buying clothes ever. Items took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, then were "delivered" but never actually delivered. Customer service is terrible. No offer to help at all. They take your money and run. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I am so Disappointed with this purchase I ordered a Siberian hat I did not receive that What was sent looks nothing like the picture Plus it took forever to arrive Plus it has a weird smell should have read reviews before hand Extremely disappointing purchase

I can’t believe I was scammed by this company and on Christmas at that. I purchased a gift it came and it was delivered to the recipient and I was horrified. It was nothing like the picture. I felt totally embarrassed. I have sent an email to the Support@alexander-hampton dot com for a full refund and I am waiting to hear back. I see you are on here responding to people but my email was sent yesterday and I have gotten no response yet.

I wish I would have read some of these prior to ordering. advertised leather coat that looks nothing like picture and clearly isn't leather. They didn't even bother to use pleather and instead sent some cheap suede looking material. Returning is a nightmare and almost the cost of the coat .

Never go near this company. They sent the incorrect size with a label cut off one of the items to disguise their scam. I don't even want to give them 1 star but it seems like I have to so for anyone reading this please note I rate them minus a galaxy. Their reputation is in the mud. Actually, another thing. The quality of the material was pathetic as well.

I would use 0 if I could. I finally, after a month, received the jacket I bought my son only to see that IT IS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE AT ALL. It’s thin, not leather at all, crappy made, shedding all over, WAY TOO BIG ETC;. It is NOTHING LIKE WHATS ADVERTISED. ITS NIT EVEN WORTH $15. I want to be REIMBURSED IMMEDIATELY. SEND ME A RETURN LABEL AND ILL SEND THIS JACKET BACK WHERE IT CAME FROM.
