Never received my order and all I get from customer service is a pack of lies so I’ve been ripped off for 93 dollars and have to order another jacket this company is the biggest scam ever

I need a Star-rating that is less than one. An $85 jacket and vest bought for my son for Christmas arrived (in January) and the quality was beyond poor. It was certainly NOT the picture shown of the online product. Alexander Hampton also does not exist as a storefront in New York City as it eludes to. And when you attempt to make a return, you’re required to send photos of your items and pay $50 to ship it back to the little province in China where these clothes are made. These are not just knock offs they are knocked downs. The quality and the service is beyond poor! So if we all do the math, if paying $50 to return the item that was $85, more than likely only cost them $10 to make the garment plus shipping and tax. I advise anyone considering- never buy any of their products! I should have done my due diligence and read reviews before I purchased. Lesson learned. They should only be able to sell these clothes to the people in their own province and are fraudulent when pretending they are selling high-end clothes from New York City. I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and will continue to work to get the word out and stop this company from advertising in the United States. We should all do that.

Item completely disintegrated when I put it on. Like they hadn't even used thread in the seams. Was purchased as cashmere but doesn't feel like it. No garment labels at all which I think is illegal. FRAUD SCAM STAY AWAY

I wish I could give these assholes zero stars. The website showed a beautiful “cashmere” sweater for almost $50. I ordered it without reading up on them, which is something I always make sure to do. I must have thought I did, but didn’t. Had I known they weren’t shit but a bunch of scammers I wouldn’t have thrown away my money. When I complained that what I bought was not what was advertised, they had the gall to tell me I could keep the shit for 15% of my damn money or send it back to effing China. Beware. As soon as I find more info on these sorry SOBs, I’m reporting them.

This company never delivers my order. Ordered placed 12/11/25. Then they replied to my email and apologized but still until now 01/15/2026 the items never arrived. Scam!!!

I to have fallen victim to this scammer company! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! You will be so disappointed and angry at the total junk you’ll receive. I bought a pair of Orthopedic Shoes due to Achilles injury. What I got, a month late at that, was a pair of very cheaply made foam and plastic shoes looking NOTHING like the photos on website. They were delivered in a cellophane bag, looked HORRIBLE and had an extremely horrible strong chemical smell! I wouldn’t dare put them on. They DO NOT acknowledge any wrong doing and spit out auto generated responses. To return to CHINA it would cost the same amount as the product! They’re going in the trash and I have learned an extremely valuable lesson! Hope this helps anyone else from getting scammed by this company. I am not done with them and will fight to make them accountable. I wouldn’t even give them this 1 star but it’s the only way to write this review.

Cashmere socks not as represented whatsoever. Not thigh high, not cashmere. I wish I would have done a reverse image search before purchase because I would have found them on Ali Express for $0.99. I'm not going to bother trying to return them. Lesson learned, always reverse image search!
