Wow, I wish I had read these before I ordered. The picture online was so cute and they were $39 which should’ve been a clue. I got them in the mail months and months later and they smelled like glue and were something that my grandchildren could’ve put together. I tried to return them, but it was $40 to ship them to China. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a pair of shoes, wrong size was sent. I've emailed customer service twice and no response. The shoes are likely knock offs, no information at all that should have been printed inside the shoe

Absolute garbage. Do not shop, do not buy. Classic "bait & switch" scheme. I wish I would have read these reviews before looking. The picture showed a suede type jacket with leather collar and accents in olive green and light brown. What I received is a cheap black corduroy type jacket with pleather orange-ish brown collar and accents. Wish I could post pics to show the difference... Buyer beware. Spend a few extra bucks elsewhere to get what you want!

Received an item, I didn't purchase. So, it was suggested not to return them, as it was too much trouble, instead I am donating them to a used clothing store. They look like a well-made item, too. so, I think someone can use them.

Only got 2 of 3. Thay were wrong size. Just do not trust this site please . I have done everything you ask to this point. I'm done

The items on the site looked really fashionable. The red flag for me was this: I saw a pair of suede boots that I wanted. I noticed a similar pair on the site that were advertised as leather. The prices were different but the same photo of the suede version was used for both styles. That is so janky so I headed over to Trustpilot. Glad I didn’t buy anything from alexander hampton

In early December, I ordered a pair of women's boots from this company's website. My daughter sent an ad to me- the gift she wanted for Christmas. The ad showed 4 pictures of the boots in different colors. First they arrived LATE (from China) after Dec 25th. When they did arrive - they were a cheap version, shorter with plastic soles & heels - and they were not distressed leather as shown. Their website says returns are allowed but apparently that's NOT SO. I've requested a return process - but NOTHING. So I'm warning anyone considering ordering something from this POS organization - DON'T DO IT!

Order #AH311561 If I could give no stars I would!! This company is trash and a scam. Their website advertises "free returns” and after writing to them I was told I was responsible for the return shipping cost. The shoes are really cheap quality. Please do NOT buy from this website. They are a scam!!
